The Dragon Lady is an odd bird.


That's the first time I have ever seen James May talk for more than a few minutes without making some snarky remarks, especially about anything American.

I actually like his style, it was interesting to see him so much out of character.

Kind of interesting that the SR-71 was the "replacement" for the U-2 but the SR-71 was retired about 15 years ago while the U-2 was being upgraded.

Everything about the SR-71 was expensive.
 
That video is incredible. What a fantastic opportunity that must have been for Mr. Mays.

I have flown in the Concorde at the altitude of 52,000 ft. and I thought that was a incredible view. To see the darkness of space through the credit card size windows was awe inspiring. This videos shows me that I haven't seen anything yet.
