Replacment Wheel Alternatives?

So recently the small front wheel on my small Craftsman rider (Model 536.270320) somehow split the center section off. No biggie, I just grabbed my welder and welded it back together, but in my haste I forgot to remove the center plastic/nylon bushings and melted them a little bit. Over the past couple weeks they've finally rounded out, so the mower is pretty much down. Looked on Sears website and found a replacement assembly, but it is over $90 with shipping! The part number on their site is 1401381-601, and a quick Google search has proven unsuccessful. It brought up a couple Husqvarna wheels, but they look different. Anybody know if I can get something similar and/or cheaper? I only plan on having this mower for another year and do not want to put any more money into this thing. Already planned to have a new mower at this point, but it never worked out...

I did see that one, but going by the size grid that wheel/tire overall is almost 14", mine is about 9.5". But when you look up what it fits, it looks to be similar mowers...

Is it only the bushings that are bad, or is there a problem with the metal part of the wheel?

Only the bushings are bad, I was able to re-weld the center tube back together. While ugly (thanks flux core, lol) it's held up.

And I've decided to try my hand at cobbling something together, and it works! Thanks to all that have replied so far!

Went up to Tractor supply and bought some bearings that would work. They only had one bearing with a stop on it, so I had to do something odd.

Here's where I needed lock collars to keep everything in place.

Put all together and good as new! Feel bad making a thread like this just to do something different, but I figure I'd update. I do feel this is probably temporary and will last the fall mowing the leaves. I'll probably spring for a new wheel in the spring.

What you did is just what I was going to suggest, and I also think it will last a long time. But, I think I have seen wheels like that at Tractor Supply for like $10
