Replace 2 tires or all 4?

I'd go for 4 tires. Having new tires mixed with used tires never sat well with me.

How old are the existing tires ?

The 2 noisy tires are about 5 years old

I'd just get 4.

If you see snow go with All-Weather.

I just realized that this civic has 65,000 miles and is 6 years old. It’s about time for some maintenance as I’ve don’t nothing to this car except change the oil and an air filter

I went ahead and ordered a set of True Contacts for the wife’s civic. I’ll probably use the mail in rebates towards mounting and an alignment.

Those are really nice tire that you bought. I always look at them when I am buying tires along with other comparable tires in that segment. Price is good(and rebate also ) and you’ll really like them. The reviews are also very good. I always buy four tires and sell off my old ones & keeping the best one as a spare tire for myself.

If it was me, I'll buy the set of 4 and bring home the 2 newer tires as a future swap, just in case something goes wrong on one of the new sets you have

I was thinking Continental.

You'll do fine with them. I sense you've bought tires before.

I got them installed and an alignment done today. They seem to ride nice. My wife said they are better then the previous tires so that’s a good sign lol
