Pffft! ICE works pretty good on trim, I have a bottle I use just on trim.

Last summer I used MEDS ReNu Pro (linked) on front bumper and wheel fender flairs of a Tacoma that were very weathered, gray. It worked well and has held up decently. Probably need another treatment come spring, but it's not back to where it was at the start. Based on my experience I'd recommend it and a little goes a very long way. Other than painting the fender flairs, the Meds ReNu Pro next best thing 'ime'.

I have used Megs Ultimate Black Restorer before, looked ok for about a month, can't recommend.
