Hi, I have a Chevy truck w 200k miles. Started to get some lifter noise so I added an oil additive. Long story short, now that the weather is cooling off and my oil is too thick until my engine warms up. I’ve already done an oil change, but the issue remains. How do I get the motor honey out of my engine?

I think motor honey is so thick, it’s remaining in my engine even when I do a oil change with a warmed up engine.

No it isn't. It's miscible with the oil and remains only to the extent that some of the old oil also remains.

If you get low oil pressure until your engine is warmed up, either your pick-up is mostly plugged, starving the pump until the oil suitably thins or your oil pressure sensor is FUBAR.
Sorry, didn't know "motor honey" was the name of an actual product. Maybe capital letters would have helped. Regardless, K's suggestion of another oil change is a great place to start and if need be even another until you're satisfied.
Get the oil warm and change it along with the filter. The Motor Honey is mixed with the oil, thickened it a bit and it will drain out. Fill with your favorite oil and don't worry about the Motor Honey, the slight amount left in the sump with the residual oil isn't going to amount to a hill of beans.

I would drive that car for 30 mins or more to get the oil nice and hot and then drain it when you get home. Most of it should come out. Cut open the oil filter while your at it and post some pics here. Let's see how much honey is in those oil filter pleats!
I used 1 bottle and 5 quarts of oil. roughly 15% by volume in my 6qt engine.
I would get a known good gauge on this thing and check the actual pressure at cold idle. If there’s no (Or low) pressure when it’s cold, you’ve got a pump problem. Could be pick up, could be o-ring, whatever, but that needs to be fixed ASAP.
