Is that a guess? This was the first voa that I know of, why I posted it. The new info would be there is moly despite redline saying there wasn't. Plus the tbn reading is of interest. They say it is pao, so who knows better? I prefer High Performance series myself, not because of the name, but because of the formula and performance. I don't see any way I buy pro series for either of my vehicles, I like PUP better for the rav 4, and Blue Label for the hemi. Just posted the voa for the update value of it.

I recall posting a side-by-side of some of the PDS's from this product portfolio and CP products and they were absolutely identical.
 
Either way I'm not impressed with it personally. That tbn is downright poor for a synthetic oil costing ten bucks. I was however pleased it has some moly.
 
The SDS shows it to be up to 85% Group III, with no mention of PAO.

Thanks for posting that, imo looks like zero pao, which means that would be a lie. Plus, it is very likely the established redline people simply don't know thing one about this line up, thus the mis statement on moly. I do believe you are right, and it seams like the not only copied the formula, but just cut and pasted info, and likely have very little to do with the product. Maybe this junk was forced on them by "corporate". It does address the brand having something for some oem applications, but just doesn't justify the cost. I would take less issue with this if this line was 2-3 dollars cheaper like Amsoil OE.

OEM required Group III?? Redline is venturing into alternative facts category.

No problem. Yes, this seems to a situation where they can use the name (Redline) to sell an existing product (Phillips 66) at a higher price. Makes a ton of sense from a marketing standpoint.

EP 0w-20 is majority PAO.

EP 0w-20 is majority PAO.

As far as I remember EP 5W30 has more PAO than AP 5W30.
