That's their blue lable non api licenced oil. This is their SN+ street oil...
 
FWIW I am seeing a "Shield Armor" line of motor oil at the Phillips 66 website.
It has different numbers.
Maybe Phillips 66 Shield Armor is even better than Red Line Professional Series.

They should have just stuck to the two lines(street and race oil) of Redline they had. This dexos friendly group three stuff isn't where they need to be. It's like building a 20,000$ BMW... No point in doing it. Keep it simple stupid, stick to the basics. On a side note.. Thank you for whoever posted a VOA. It's still a positive contribution to this site and we didn't have it so now we do. I thank you kinda for your time and resources.

Wasn't the marketing idea behind this to give quick lube chains an upsale option to Redline that would be priced low enough to sell, still make a profit, and be attractive due to the Redline name? I think it's just Phillips 66/Kendall with Redline labels. I could be wrong, but I'm correct in my own imagination.
