Spelled “additive” wrong. Lost all respect

Quite likely a counterfeit product. I find it hard to believe that a big company like RL would let this slip through.

Well then, that's very odd. Labels printed in China perhaps? I'd be loathe to lose confidence in a well-known and respected brand based on a single spelling error.

Perhaps that's how the intended market for this product expects the word to be spelled.
I see an amazon sticker on the back so I'm guessing that's where you bought it from?

Your label does have french on it though so it could have been a product destined for the Canadian market and a mistake was made with the spelling.

Quite a few red flags there! He said he bought it from a Redline dealer. The lack of french on the back, while it is present on the front is another.
