What is the difference if any between the red antifreeze found in Asian vehicles and the "works with any vehicle" yellow/green antifreeze most stores carry? It's getting time to change my coolant in my 2008 Highlander and I was noticing that other than OEM the only red antifreeze available is from Zerex. Naturally, I would be draining and refilling the whole system.
