I have a case of Red Line's Dex II ATF. I purchased this by mistake about 5 years ago and never used it. What, if anything could I use this ATF for? Could I still use this in an older transmission that came with factory Dex II? If so, I'm wondering if it would do any good in a 1991 F150. Any help or advice on how to utilize it would be appreciated.

Could be used in many different power steering systems. I imagine that the Redline version of DexronII is just as good as most mineral DexronIIIs.

Also yes you can safely use it in any transmission that originally specified DexronII.

You could probably sell it on Craigslist or here easily.

I'll bet your F150 uses it. My 87 Mercury w/AOD uses it. I would buy it but the freight would be a fortune to Ohio.

Redline doesn't show it on their website anymore.

This is a full synth Dexron IIE and Mercon fluid. So, use it in any automatic transmission that calls for either.

It should also work well in any differential, transfer case, power steering system, manual transmission, gearbox... that uses any of the conventional dexmerc ATFs.
