I know you said '02, but we had an '08 that we put 116,000 miles before a third kid made our Civic too small. What a great car! I did the drain and fill (3 quarts exactly) with the transmission fluid a few times before 100K, but we always kept up with oil changes and the thing ran like a top. With the family full loaded we consistently got 30MPG. By myself I could run 36MPG, but I think I was easier on the throttle than my wife, so that might have something to do with it, too. Enjoy that car!
