Inherited 91 Toyota Camry from Aunt with 2.2 4cyl. She bought it new & im now the 2nd owner of this well maintained 217,016 mile garage kept car. Wondering what kinda oil use reccomend with filter. When I picked the car up out of her garage there were significant oil spots on the concrete from where it was parked. Not puddles but rather large spots. Its a 5speed and would luv to keep her in the family for years to come. All & any help appreciated, thanks!!!

Those are great cars! I would venture to guess that based on the amount of oil you noted on the ground under the car, a gasket-- i.e. valve cover is in need of replacment. No amount of High mileage oil with their seal swellers will fix a leak of that magnitude. Once you have located and fixed the oil leak, I would use pennzoil conventional 5w30 with a pure one filter. If you want to use a synthetic in it, any name brand off the shelf would be fine. I am partial to Pennzoil and Mobil 1 synthetics myself.

A third vote for Maxlife.
Nextgen Maxlife is FAR from AZ through 8/20 and O'Rs for a longer time, although the rebate is in the form of a store gift card, so caveat emptor.

What he said.

Why are you, the OP, concerned with what kind of oil to put in when you have, by your account, a serious oil leak ?

Why wouldn't you work on fixing that oil leak first ?

The recommended oil is a 10w30 above 0F and 5w30 is acceptable below 50F. Personally, I'd run Valvoline MaxLife 10w30 or Defy in summer and 5w30 the rest of the year. Mobil 1 High Mileage would be fine, but that depends how much you want to put in her and how long you plan to keep it.

I think the leaks will gradually stop with a good High Mileage oil after a few hundred to a few thousand miles...
