Size of a two-car garage will speak volumes about the design of a home. One can simply get the inside measurements of a two-car garage as a method to determine if a home is worth viewing.Watching some videos of $400k + houses.. 2 car garages? More like 1.5 for sub compacts....
It's also a slick way of expanding the inside sq. footage and increasing the price while making the house somewhat useless..... especially in area's with no basements....Size of a two-car garage will speak volumes about the design of a home. Professional staging can hide what a home is really like. The size of a two garage is an impartial tool to access a home design.
Another tax video
Most good realtors can give you a tax estimate for the next year....
See if @Tharber likes this one.
I don't see the gov.... doing much..
I actually heard several YT realtors say they don't want any more New Yorkers moving in ....rough crowd...My assessment of Florida is that the state generated a lot of revenue by migration. The fees for things like title and plates are very pricey when compared to other states with a red government. Lots of other taxes generated by people migrating from the northeast and upper Midwest to Florida.
When the migration from the Northeast And upper Midwest slows, Florida government sees a loss of easy income. The question then becomes.... Now what....
I lived in Florida at age 17. Vast majority of Florida residents were from New York at that time (1982).I actually heard several YT realtors say they don't want any more New Yorkers moving in ....rough crowd...
I guess they worked with @demarpaint prior.
LOL I guess they have me figured out.I actually heard several YT realtors say they don't want any more New Yorkers moving in ....rough crowd...

You can see both cars are wider than the door opening in that garage. I hate 16’ wide double doors with as large as most vehicles are today. I do like those images, they really help visualize the house.

We built our previous with a large builder here back in 2010. If you got a 2 car garage they were only 19’ deep, which was a deal breaker for me as I had just bought a 2009 Dodge Ram and didn’t want to have to park it outside my new house. The house we built had a 3 car garage standard but the double bay side was 21’ and the single bay was 19’ deep. Surprisingly they had an option for additional depth so I added 2 feet to the garage for I want to say $2,300 giving me 21’ and 23’ depths. I don’t think you could do more than that but it was probably the best bang-for-the-buck upgrade they offered considering that was 2’ more concrete, drywall, roofing, brick, etc.Great eye......
I won't mention who but this builder is well known once the cash trades hands they won't remember your name lol
Seagate homes back in 2020 on the garage were $1000 for every additional foot in length....all block construction of course. We built our previous with a large builder here back in 2010. I figured I'd drop this here
House in PA I drive by often. Got a few quick pics from the road.
They did this early this year. I guess it needed a new septic tank and I assume this is the mound type...
Horrible as it goes right to the front door... like less than 10 feet away

Most likely they had no choice.. guessing it's a 60s house and the old failed septic required this but it's hideous
