Realtors in Florida

You can Google the home and see the neighborhood / street view.

I did for my parents’s first house in Florida and that part of the city is now a slum with lots of Section 8 properties.
60 years ago it was a nice area.

This is the subdivision. Looks like the home would be in the 500k range. Here are a few of the current listings for the subdivion:

The lots stand alone are listed for $190k- $270k (I suspect these lots are very low and continually moist- the higher ground lots were always fast sellers):

If Florida ever does away with property taxes ( no politics please)
I would assume you would still be on the hook for CCD fees? ( they are Billed with your property taxes)

CDD bonds are more or less a loan to the developer to build infastructure so I would assume they would still neeed to be paid off. The bond (debt) portion can be paid off but then you also have the maintenance that would likely not ever go away. I know this board talks a great deal about them but here in Brevard County, I only know of 2 CDD neighborhoods and they are both gold course higher end areas.

I like José because he is down to earth and doesn't try to game people and he does all of his own video work. He usually does the $300k to 400k homes.

I think this builder blew it with the stone front entrance. Wow I couldn't get used to that...

Concur the builder blew it stone front entrance-

No sitting here with a friend. She owns a lot in Ocala. Maybe gonna build there for her retirement.

Went to see this in Pennsylvania today.
Sorry not Florida. I'd say it was 15 miles from me. What a total disappointment.

The trip there revealed really an older development from the 70s without much zoning or property upkeep.

The main issue is this lot is so steep going back to the reservoir even if you build 35 ft high which used to be the single family home height restriction from the early 2000s you couldn't even see the water at all or any of the view of the picture.

The lot value seems to suggest a great view is included and it's not..

Bummer...

The aerial view was a scam.
Standing on the road in front of the property you can't even see any part of the trees in the back....
No other pictures were offered...
Now I know why.
