Harsh and uninviting......wowThe house seems harsh and uninviting. Kitchen is not at all to my liking. Would not want to live on the water down there. Insurance would be outrageous.
Who is ready to move. @walterjay
Lovely home and a smooth delivery by the realtor. This is the first time I have watched a video from him...
Not a bad looking dump...seriously I like the style. How about you?
Finally a man of distinctionI like it! I would have gone with an all white kitchen myself and some of the wall designs aren’t my style but overall it’s very nice! I love Cape Coral as well, I have been there quite a few times.

Finally, a man of discernmentOne of those homes in 20 years people will ask "what were they thinking" when it comes to interior material and lighting selection.
The exterior looks ok, but an easy way to tell if things are done correct is a driveway width. The driveway generally doesn't extend past the garage doors, which is a flag of a low-cost build.
Finally, some of the interior door widths appear narrow, another flag.
Here is another...I'd make the closet a bedroom lol.
The secret kitchen ..... have to click to YT to watch.
Yeah like that funky mirror and crazy line tiles..I like that one a lot more than the first one. Though I would have to change a few of the wackier light fixtures.
This was my kitchen in the new house my ex wife and I bought in 2018:Finally a man of distinction
36 minutes on Tuesday afternoon, or Saturday? Some are missing the point here, its 36 minutes out to the ocean with one bridge to go under. That will come with a premium but not a premium for being on the ocean.
.25 acres is huge by Florida standards.Saw a really nice piece of land with great views but the new house was small and hohum
Watched another new house tour and Renzo did it again...showing in his words new homes with massive amounts of land...it sat on .25 acres![]()

New construction, very small 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1.25 acres with a pond.
$54,000 USD. Have no idea what that little home might be worth today.
