Rattle Free New Sedan or SUV

My 2011 BMW with 160k, numerous track miles is absolutely rattle free. Can’t be said for 2018 Sequoia with 80k.
If interior quality is priority, Euro vehicles.

Just to add, we had VW Atlas. I changed vehicle bcs. windshield issue. But interior was top notch. I know redesigned version that cane out in 2024 is utilizing better materials.

My Arteon was pretty sweet too
The trunk design required a few moving blankets to quiet it though just like some Audis

Sedan or small CUV would minimize drone? I don't really know if that's true or not compared to something larger but just a suggestion. Everything I own creeks & rattles so I chalk it up to nature of the beast.

I remember riding in the back seat of a then new 1992 Lexus LS400 with that smooth V8. That always stuck with me as a silent car, I could not hear anything from the back seat.
I find Honda cars have loud front road noise. I actually had a 17 Ford Fusion that had little noise, now with some years and 70K miles I'm hearing some things... LOL,
Im not the expert as I buy cars I can hear like Hellcats, a WRX, even my Harley!

My Genesis was rattle-free and quiet as a tomb at 8 years old and 117k miles.

Only current new vehicles...like 2024 on up. I can here a pin drop and no meds won't help. What vehicle is quiet without rattles..

From my experience hatchbacks usually rattle in the back... someone once said the Subaru Legacy but the agricultural engine was worse than rattles...
What say you ?

I can vouch for the 2025 Toyota Rav4, No rattles, quite solid. I would have to assume that Toyota's Luxury version (Lexus) is quieter because of better insulation. But as far as rattles go, my new Rav 4 is solid.

I'd say they're all pretty good these days. For an older car, my 2018 MB is still silent inside.
I recently rode in a 2025 Hyundai Sonata (rental) and was equally impressed. Very quiet on I95 and all back roads as well.
No rattles.

My new Accord Hybrid is slick and too smooth.... however if it gets just one tiny pebble in the tire rattles come from everywhere until it gets flung off the tire.... seriously

Note, if the passenger side sun visor gets put back up but not latched you will swear both passenger side doors aren't fully shut and it is crazy loud.....really.....nuts

I was impressed with the 2025 Nissan Kicks that I recently had as a rental for two weeks. No squeaks or rattles. It had 25,000 km on it as well so it probably had 80-100 different people renting it

I know you said 2024 and up, but my 2019 RAV4 has no rattles or squeaks after 7 years. And our roads are soooooo bad.
2025s are still available on dealer lots while they transition to 2026, which is a major refresh.

Our 2019 does not rattle either - although its lived a pretty sheltered life. Road noise is quite high though - so maybe it drowns out the rattles. Ours is Japan build. Still very happy with it. Hoping someone trades in a lightly used 2019 on a 2026 and I can get a deal on a used one this time.

Neither I guess. Its pretty soft - but with the 19 inch wheels a pothole will rattle any loose fillings. I am thinking about switching to a 16 inch wheel with a 75 series sidewall - and yes it will fit over the brakes.

Our new 2025 Ford Escape has no squeaks or rattles. Neither does the 2020 F-150.
Our former Tiguan didn't have squeaks or rattles. However, the engine sounded like a Kubota diesel.
