Just curious, I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0L and if you look at the overflow tank, cold or hot, it's always at the exact same level. New cap, radiator, thermostat and thermostat housing. I would think the level would go up when hot and back off when cold.

Been driving it daily for weeks since I did the repairs.
Is it running hotter or colder than usual?
The cooling system was in bad shape when I bought the Jeep so I really don't know what's normal with it, I've replaced about everything.
That's odd. Mine does change quite a bit. Is the radiator staying full? Is the hose to the bottle cut or split?
What kind of temp gauge ? Does it show numbers or H and C ?
It shows numbers.
The hose to the bottle is in good shape.
None that I can see.
