Antifreeze mix correct ? Correct mix is not just for freeze protection it also increases boil protection.
Coolant reservoir bubbling over at high altitude

Heat soak once parked is sufficient to cause the coolant mix to boil. High altitude is lowering the boiling point of the coolant...your pressure cap must not be doing its thing.
1) Stronger coolant mix.
2) New pressure cap.
3) Potentially a temperature sensor is bad, so you're running a wee bit hotter than normal due to a shift in fan operating targets.
