Radiator Leak?

2007 Honda Accord, 174K, original radiator.

Engine bay was degreased about a month ago. Since then, the following rust has developed on the radiator, but only where shown. Rest of the radiator does not have this rust.

I pressure tested the radiator for 1 hr and could not find any leaks or meaningful pressure drop.

Do I have a radiator leak?

Almost looks like the water/degreaser collected there and evaporated when the radiator heated up leaving behind those stains.

That rusted part is a core support or crimp for the core seal on the radiator appears to be steel if it rusted.. It's not exposed to coolant and will not cause a leak.

How does the bottom of the hood looks like where it meats the radiator? It almost looks like something rusty is dripping down from the hood of the car. The top of the radiator is plastic, so I would expect to see white coolant crystals, not rusty stains.

That engine compartment looks sparkling clean for a 2007. Someone works hard to keep it clean? Probably corrosion from the caustic cleaner used?

Why chance it? 175k, it’s due for a radiator, hoses, clamps.

Perhaps the rust is from the cleaner you used?

Since you have already pressure tested it and confirmed, I would just leave alone until it actually leaks.
