Question threads enabled in the Mechanical Maintenance forum

We have enabled question threads in the Mechanical Maintenance forum. In the future we may enable in other forums.

Call me stupid but what is this?

When someone creates a new post, the forum software will probably ask "Do you want to enable the question option?" and the person can say yes or no. If they say no, it shows up like a regular post/thread like they've always been here. If they say yes, other people can VOTE on the answers given and the answer with the most votes can appear first (if you pick that SORT option).

I can already see answers that are polar opposites having equal number of votes based on people's opinions....

Thanks for that Hall. I think the old saying "just because you can doesnt necessarily mean you should" is applicable here.
