I have bran new tires. I only have 30 miles on them but I noticed something that seems odd to me. All the little rubber "whiskers" that are all over new tires are wearing off unevenly. With in the 1st 30 miles all the "whiskers" on the out side edge tothe center of the tread are gone but all the "wiskers" on the inside tread to the center are still there but only starting to wear down. All 4 tires are like this. Is this normal or is smothing not right? It seems that the outside is wearing much faster then the inside of the tire. Thank you!

They are called "vents". They allow the air trapped between the tire and the mold a place to "vent" out, assuring that the shape of the mold completely imbedded in the tire.
This might be an indication of an alignment problem, but it is also possible that this is more a result of the shearing action between the tire and the road surface during cornering - the outside shoulder of the tire traveling further than the inside shoulder.

I'd go for a free alignment check, just to be sure. Don't want to get your new tires wearing unevenly from the beginning.

This same tire shop did the free alignment check and it was out. They did the realignment for $40 and it pulls a tiny bit to the left but it is very clost to right on. My luck is after an alignment it still pulls a tiny bit to left or right and if I take it back it is the same when I get it back just the other way around....I have never been able to get it 100% so when I hold the wheel straight the vehical go straight!
I tool it back and they did not know why it was like this but said to watch it for 1,000 miles and bring it back to see if it is wearing ok or not.

So it pulls a little? Try this:
Swap the front tires side to side.
1) If the pull changes direction, it's the tires.
2) If the pull stays the same, then it's the alignment.
3) If the pull disappears, then it's both.

Shops that use one of the more advanced Hunter balancer systems can "match balance/align" tires to reduce or eliminate pull to the left or right. They actually swap tires to the best corner of the car based on the balancer recomendations. It does work. I think it also tells where to move the tires on the rim to help with roundness issues.
If you can actually feel a pull in the steering wheel on level ground, I would say this is more than a slight misalignment. Either make them fix it, or go to someone competent.
