Since Arizona never goes on daylight savings time, does it get light outside in the summer at 4:00AM?

That would be awesome to see daylight starting at 4:00AM.

No, not that early. In the Summer the longest amount of daylight is on June 21st. The Summer Solstice. Here in Lake Havasu we're right on the California border of western Arizona. (It runs down the middle of the lake). We receive first light on June 21st. at 5:25 AM.

On December 21st. It doesn't start to get light until 7:28 AM. So there is a big difference. Coming from Chicago I was grateful to not have to screw around with all the clocks twice a year. But it is a bit weird to drive around with your headlights on at 7:30 in the morning.
