Question about synthetic and AutoRX

Posted this over at the autorx forums a while back, but it seems like the forums disappeared there.

Can you guys recommend a rough guidline for autorx application with synthetic oil? I know i'ts not recommend, but I'm terrified of using conventional oil in my car.

I've seen the test results of autorx used with synthetic, and it still seems to clean, but bit more slowly than conventional.

If it takes several bottles autorx with synthetic to achieve the same result as 1 bottle application with conventional, I will do it! Can you guys give an estimate of how many bottles or apps I need with synthetic to achieve results of a 1 application with conventional on my 60k mile car? Any help appreciated.

I already treated my other cars with autorx, but only this one is left. I did its transmission already, but not the oil. It's for a 94 Supra turbo on higher than stock boost.

You CAN use AutoRX with synthetic oil. But you really should rinse with dino. How dirty is your engine. I'm sure 2-3K with dino won't kill the engine.

Use a quality petroleum HDEO or group-III synthetic Rotella and you will not be sacrificing any protection.

Cool thanks for the tip! I'm a noob to oils, what kind of brands are group III synthetic Rotella? I think I will go this route.

I wouldnt hesitate in using dino in a clean and rinse phase. My truck has seen nothing but syntheitc.

With synthetic, go to at least 3,000 miles on each phase.
