Does anyone else have issues using Quaker State’s website? It is a huge pain to attempt to update records to retain their warranty. I wasn’t able to update the last two times I attempted. The attempts were a couple of months apart so I doubt temporary issues are to blame. They also denied my last rebate submission because they said the product wasn’t eligible. It was QSFS and definitely eligible based on their own terms. It’s not worth the time or effort to dispute the eligibility determination. I’ve had great analysis results with QSFS in my wife’s traverse but not sure I want to continue to fight the frustration. Anyone else having similar issues? I know that it isn’t that big of a deal but I liked the idea of their warranty program.
