NO THEY WERE NOT LABELED DINO. THEY WERE LABELED SYTHETIC THEN WHAT EVER WEIGHT IT WAS. OR STANDARD AND WHATEVER WEIGHT.

FORGET IT IM LYING I DONT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PLACES I AM MAKING IT UP. B.S. METER CAUGHT ME. FORGET I BROUGHT IT UP.

I have no doubt that some oils are the exact same thing put into different labeled containers, but Pennzoil Platinum, Quaker State synthetic and Super Tech synthetic are among them.

Around here, all Super Tech synthetic is made by Warren Performance Products, and Johnny has said that the Q synthetics and Pennzoil Platinum are not the same thing. Even the two different Quaker State synthetics are not the same thing.

Interestingly, he may have a valid point.. its all about the Marketing and perception. Case in point: Excedrin pain reliever comes in several "different" kinds. Migraine, Back ache. Regular etc..

All are the exact same medication and in the same amounts (dosages) My friends and I who all work in the medical field as nurses laugh at how gullible people are. While I doubt that many oils are the same, it would not surprise me if they indeed had several that are exactly alike.. just like oil filters are..

Is it that hard to imagine the marketing group coming up with that scenario?
