It's as good as any other hc "synthetic" available on the market. It's about even with pennzoil platinum and Mobil 1.
At 20 bucks a jug you can't go wrong.

QSUD does fine for 7500-8000 miles in my turbo Cruze. For the price there's not much better...

The 5w30 meets GM4718(Corvette spec) and Honda/Acura HT0-6. So it's a first class product all the way.
 
What's the chance QSUD and PP contain the same base oils? I get a little more consumption with PP than with M1 or ASL, but it's minimal.

Exactly. Those are two strict specs and the fact that QS bothered to get them approved means they have faith in the oil's performance.
 
I picked up 3 jugs today in 5w30. I'm going to try it for a spell in the chevy's and the hyundai's. Thanks for the replies.
