Quaker State 0w20 5 quart Amazon

I was thinking similar.

I wish they'd use their minimal brainpower to encourage buying by the case rather than onesy-twosy.

I'm annoyed by "pack of two for twice the price" and "pack of three for thrice the price." Only the federal government thinks that pricing structure is a good deal
Because of shipping weight/size, on amazon I will often see the 3 pack cost more than 3 times the price of a single jug.

I got a jug of 0W-20 for the $14.32 deal and received it yesterday. No leaks. It is SP and was manufactured in May '25. I'll feel comfortable using it for my next oil change, but I am glad I did not stockpile a lot of it, since it is already 1 year old.
SOPUS says a four year shelf life on their oil. My mere opinion is that it's much longer than that when stored properly.

The oil came today.

The price of it has went up from the talked about sale price. The ones delivered to me were the sale price.

For those tracking quantity discrepancies, I ordered 4 jugs and had 0 issues.

I would bet from a process perspective, it is probably cheaper for Amazon to just pick ship the oils at risk than it is to have somebody double check caps, bag and safety tape them. That is the downside of extreme automation.
