How many is in there?
It has to be regional habits. I've had so many my wife has started complaining. Almost all of them have simply had loose caps. Even the boxes were in good shape except for being oil-soaked.
Three jugs, enough to get free shipping.
Amazon offers me a refund, but won't switch for a non-leaker, so I'm just gonna live with it.
Thanks for the info. I was hoping packs of three would get shipped in the normal case box as they ship from the factory but that is not the case I guess. Bummer.
I jumped on the $12 All Mileage 10W-30 for three of them and will see how it gets delivered tomorrow.

Wish there was a rebate. I would buy these in a heart beat. Tempting regardless.
Got the package damage in transit email and then refund later in the day. Not super bummed as it was a impulse buy that I really did not need.
Ordered one to add to my stash. I don't know what's up with Amazon's search, but I can literally copy the title from the link and search it on Amazon and that oil won't come up..
I even tried logging out and just shopping as a "nobody" -- at least for the initial 0W20 that started the thread. Still couldn't find it and the ASIN netted nothing.
Also if $15/jug is your threshold they still have the Castrol synblend in 5W20 and 10W30. This has been going on awhile

Just came here to say this... I don't think my 08 CRV would mind 10w-30 in GA.. 5w-20 is $15.90
Down to $13.39 this morning for me.
And yea 10w-30 will be fine. Those older 4cyls use a little oil with age so may help it out some.

literally come out of the jug when they open it and everyone starts dancing in the driveway. I don't know what to do with that.....but apparently it's oil laced with LSD (and that's not limited slip differential)
It's quite humorous half the internet is in total panic over real or perceived motor oil shortages and simultaneously we have some great sale prices.
5w20 is out of stock for me now.
I think price increases are coming, there just seems to be a lag. These clearances are for outdated oils and specs, and they are clearing space for the new expensive jugs. At least that is what I believe to be the case. Time will tell, and this seems to be the general consensus.
