Hey look at the new European Formula Ultra 5w30

I thought Pennzoil had a similar new product but it's not on their website yet .

Anyone seen this groovy spec meeting oil yet ?????????
And by chance is this the new EOP base oil ? Please say it is a oil we can get in the USA , the Pennzoil brother to it also .

Cool. So this is now available in the US? I need to configure my computer so it can open up pdf files. It's trying to load it from wordpad. Any idea how to change that?

yea, download one of the files
right click its icon, click properties
you'll see, "opens with" and it should say wordpad, click the change button.
find the adobe acrobat icon, click it, hit ok, then hit apply, ok in the properties window.

if the icon isnt listed after hitting the change button, youll have to hit browse, and it should be located c:\programfiles\adobe\adobeacrobat

With the "full synthetic" moniker, I suppose this is a Group III oil. Look at the 11.6 cSt, it's more typical of a High Mileage oil here in the U.S.

I don't believe it's group III .

Something to think about with an oil that meets these specs is that one might not should care if it's a blend of group III , PAO/Ester blend and just look at the performance vs cost part of it .

Speaking of cost , I think it's 25 bucks for a 6 liter/quart case ..... thats low cost these days .

Mobil guys please don't jump in this thread saying but Mobil only cost 4 bucks when bought in the jug

because Mobil does not make an oil that directly compares to this in spec data and viscosity .

This beast is made by a major oil company here in the USA which is way cool IMO . It's a new oil formula and has just become available in the last few months .

I'm glad to see Pennzoil/Quaker State get into the mix although most consumers will just walk past it not knowing the potential of this oil

Synthetic Hydrocrabon's it is

an the Pennzoil version is in the works
