Purolator tears still an issue?

Glad I stopped using PureOnes when they went from Blue to yellow.


+1 It really is that simple. Yet some people insist there's no problem, and that's fine too. In that case there's more Purolator filters available to them, since several of us have stopped using them. LOL
 
I stopped using Purolator products when I had three Purolator made Bosch filters that had failed media. This represented >20% failure rate on Purolator products. And this was about 18 months ago. I have not seen any failed media on any of the other non-Purolator filters. I really have no reason to use them in the future.

I agree, exactly what I was thinking. Simple supply and demand. Since many of us don't trust Purolator that should lessen the demand and increase the supply for those who want them - I think I'd better leave it at that!
