Been a long time since I've logged in here, but I'm running a 3600 rpm diesel setup at 11kw. I use it for whole house backup. With central air, I guzzle slightly less than a gallon an hour in summer heat. Without that load on, I can use as little as 1 gallon in four hours give or take. I have gas heat, water, stove, and dryer to give you perspective. Hope that helps.

What problems would you have if the temp was below 0F?

What problems would you have if the temp was below 0F?
So far I've had to fire it as low as -15f or so, and it gave me no trouble. All my stored fuel gets a good dose of antigel.
