I've been using it in my car now, a 97 avalon, and it is the only oil i've used besides shell that has not consumed significant oil so far in the oil change interval. I'm not too picky about the oil I use, as the car has 148k miles on it, so anything on sale will do. This is pretty good so far for a store brand oil in my uneducated opinion.

Is Proline less than $2.50 a quart? Is it made by wpp or Quaker State?
Around here, its says WPP on the bottom.
The new bottles of PL oil at PB's has W/NE(a.k.a. WPP) stamped on the bottom of the container, just like the PEAK oil right next to it on the store shelves.
