Probably Stopping BP Meds

I am 79 and in very good health. Since I have been 25 I have beed doing BP and it was mostly White Coat Hypertension. In recent years I have learned to control it. As a result with only 5mg Lisinopril and 12.5 mg hydroCHLOROthiazide 25 mg my BP as just measured is 102/57. I have not taken it for 3 days. I am guessing my doc will allow me to stop it. We'll see

Losing weight helped me. I've cut back on my bp meds and discontinued my HCTZ; already pee enough. My meds at higher doses were making me drowsy and lightheaded during the day. Just checked 125/74, even though haven't taken meds today.

No white coat hypertension except when I have to go see my female urologist.
