Product claims to hold oil on hot metal and is supposed to be well regarded in the racing community. Based on this report one would have to question its effectiveness. Dyson feels it is possibly some form of lead napthenate. Just throwing this out for all to see. Thanks Terry.
If anyone has experience with this product please feel free to comment.

From a quick search, I guess this is supposed to have AW, EP (in high concentration), and anti-corrosion properties?
Would 400ppm diluted in another base oil even do anything?

Well its a somewhat decent lubricant(lead). Harmful to humans though.

I wouldnt mess with anything with that much lead, you don't want exposure to that in oil changes or to expose others due to any oil burning.
Just say no to lead

The racing community probably doesn't worry about catalytic converters. I'd be worried that the lead in there would work its way into the cat and cause long term problems.

Interesting Bruce... Would you need THAT much lead as a Chlor scavenger?

probably I do not know if they use a Chlor or not that is 1 idea, Lead nap would need a lot more to do any good perhaps
in the 500-1000ppm range at the use level and in a concintrate that would be in the ? 10,000ppm range so sounds like a CL scavenger to me.

I am curious if ProBlend is similar to MX4. From the following link, the manufacturer states:

"It contains a lead napthenate in a mineral oil carrier system. The napthenate is a metallic salt of the napthenic family whose function is to build a sacrificial film which then exists under continuous shear conditions. This results in increased resistant film strength under extreme pressure conditions and minimizes metal to metal contact."

Neo uses lead as the AW/EP additive.

How do you recycle oil with excess lead in it?

Lead based AW/EP additives usualy only work well in slow moveing high load gear setups not high reving engines. I am not saying they will not work just that it is not their best use. ZDDP,Borate esters,and over based calcium additives work much better in internal combustion engines and are not anywhere near as toxic.

JB, my own research came up with the same conclusion. Although I could not find any info on what speed/rpm the lead additive were ineffective. Any ideas??
