With 162k miles on the 05 Honda, should I replace the primary o2 and MAF sensors?
Cars runs great.
Do not replace anything, or do anything else. Yet. It will be a waste of money and time.
Your OBD-II is monitoring a whole bunch of things, and it will let you know loud and clear if anything is amiss; that's its job. As a consequence, if anything should go wrong with the oxygen sensors, the Check Engine light will illuminate. Same with the MAF. And you do not replace the MAF, you clean it.
