What's the secret to getting a reply?I got a reply from Premium Guard support!
"I would like to get this filter sent to our lab. I have logged this as claim number XXXX. Please let me know the address of where this filter is located and I will send over a UPS return label."
Should I send the filter to them?
Was curious as to what ever happened with this??? Did you send to lab and get a reply?? Almost ready to make a purchase on AmazonThis is one filter from the Walmart $9 for 12 deal. I assume you guys wouldn't recommend running this?

"PGI engineering received and evaluated the claim filter. Engineering
performed a dimensional analysis against the manufacturer's
approved specifications and determined that the filter is within
tolerance in all critical dimensions. We have a case improper
application of adhesive. Our plant has created corrective action to
improve process and prevent risk of the glue coming off endcap.
There is a manufacturing defect present.
Engineering Evaluation
This claim is accepted as a manufacturing defect"
This was the only defective filter out of 48 filters I ordered.
