This is good to know, so it looks like louvers OR round holes and wire mesh backing...

That was in the time period where Fram was going from holes to louvers and wire backed to non- wire backed media.

On the OP's filter, unless he logged 6,200 miles in 3-4 months, I'd say this was a May 2021 made filter.

I drive the truck about 1,600 miles a month. That filter came straight from PG.

May 31th = 14,391 miles
September 9th = 20523miles
