I found this place the other day online. It reminds me of the large garages you can rent at Autobahn Country club. Seeing stuff like this wants me to work harder in life so I can afford these things, even though their might be a bit of Wisteria Lane drama

ok scratch that thought. The place still looks really cool, much like the private airports within housing estates.

Interesting, but I'd still rather give my money to Autobahn Country Club since I enjoy track days so much.

They advertise something like that in the back of Hot Rod magazine.

Be cool to set up a retirement community around this premise, at least the HOA wouldn't ban you working on your own car in your driveway. Set it up in a state that's old car friendly and doesn't use salt.

I myself would be intimidated as there'd always be a nicer car the next drive over. I don't try to keep up with the Joneses and this crowd could ruin things in my eye.
