As a follow-up to this thread, I decided to purchase a Precision Instruments 3/8" Drive Flex-Head, Split-Beam torque wrench. I would like to thank everyone for their excellent advice in that thread. The flex-head function of the torque wrench has already proved its usefulness during my recent strut replacement project.

I have already used the wrench a few times, which is why it is a bit dirty, but here are some pictures of it.

This is probably one of the best torque wrenches that I have ever used, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a 3/8" drive torque wrench!

Nice, but I already have a Gedore/Rahsol 3/8" drive torque wrench. Accurate to 3% across its whole range.

Nice! I recently picked up a Precision Instruments clicker inch pounds torque wrench. Cost a little more than the others avaliable in the same calibration range, but compaired to other brands of torque wrenches I have currently or have used in the past, it is top of the line.

I plan on purchasing a 1/2" drive model as well.
