It's been a while since my last UOA, wanted to get one in before the trucked ticked over 100k miles to see if everything was fine in there. The truck is my daily driver with a 50/50 mix of stop and go and highway miles. Not to strict on my maintenance habits, usually change the oil anywhere between 6-8500 miles although im sure I could go the full 10K with no issues.

That's very impressive and all looks good.
Fe wear rate is good at 2ppm/1k miles. The other wear metals are very low and essentially just noise.
The contamination is low as well; insolubles are not an issue nor is silica.

I would presume there's plenty of life left in that engine!

Sheared to a 5w20 as usual for an energy conserving 5w30 in an Ecoboost. Wear metals low, engine didn't seem to mind the loss of viscosity. Any BITOG user's opinion of this viscosity loss will probably vary based on whether they're a Thin Oil Guy or a Thick Oil Guy.
