Power Stop brakes ?

I currently have them on the front of my CR-V. Cross drilled and slotted rotors and pads combined.
Working fine. About to put Raybestos Professional rotors and pads out back this weekend.

I have their rotors front and back on my Jeep.
The slots make a wooshing noise while braking. They stop really well and predictably so I'm not that upset about the extra noise.
They were 33% cheaper than a composite blank rotor so I'd probably buy them again.

No, no, no, and no.
They're comparable to a mid-grade Raybestos, ACDelco, Centric, Valeo etc.

They're comparable to a mid-grade Raybestos, ACDelco, Centric, Valeo etc.

Not in the same class but neither is the price. Mid grade but for a daily driver thy are okay for the money.

Agreed - stay with OES/OEM pads and rotors. German braking systems are extremely well designed and there's no reason to deviate from the OE design.

The only drilled/slotted rotors worth buying are Porsche OE, BMW OE, and DBA. All are hideously expensive.

The "price was right" on rockauto when I did it last summer. They've done just fine. Plus I got a cool sticker that I put on the canister of my central vacuum in the garage!

The "price was right" on rockauto when I did it last summer. They've done just fine. Plus I got a cool sticker that I put on the canister of my central vacuum in the garage!
Last year, Rockauto sold the Powerstop kit for my wife's car.
It is called a one click kit.
Came with Powerstop brake pads, and came with unknown brake rotors.
Received the first set of brake rotors, they had a serious machining issue with them. Grooves all over the face of the rotor.
Sent them back in the mail for rockauto to "inspect".
They sent out another "kit". I put it on the car, something was wrong with these rotors also.
Made a loud humming sound even after 30 days. My mechanic said it was cheap rotors.
I took the whole thing apart a second time, and threw all the stuff in the garbage.
Bought the GOLD brakes from Advance Auto part, rotors and pads.
No problems at all, and I used a 40 percent off coupon.
I forget the name of the rotors that Rockauto sent me, I had never heard of them, but I did find them for 6 dollars each online. Chinese rotors, very low quality.
