I received a report on my parents '99 Buick Park Avenue that the "Power Steering Shaft Seal is Leaking". Unfortunately, I don't have any more details other than that.
What does this involve, and how hard (and expensive) is this shaft seal to fix? Is this someting that was a common problem with this line of car?
