2012 Lexus GX460 with almost 238,000 miles..I had Toyota replace 8 spark plugs and new air filter. They told me there was a slight oil leak in cylinder 6 and keep an eye on any check engine lights it may or may not throw moving forward. I will try Mobil 1 High Mileage Extended Performance and see if that swells up the gasket.

Vent valve for the XTerra, along with some tubing and a mini-filter to make sure it doesn't clog with dirt again (venting inside the frame rail with no filter on an off road vehicle that sees dust/dirt was a dumb decision by Nissan...)

Corbeau sport seats and a Flowmaster exhaust for the Firebird.

Gonna have myself a busy weekend...

Ford in their finite wisdom still supply the OEM lower ball joints for a 08 F150 with aluminum control arms. FordTechMakuloco explained the need for the retaining compound which only comes in the Motorcraft ball joints.

I’m buying brake parts for the Tempest. Rear drums and wheel cylinders. They might be original to this car. It’s a 65 with only about 60K miles on it. I had to add brake fluid to the rear compartment on the master so I’m replacing everything. I already have shoes and hardware. Bought rotors just because I got a steal on Amazon for one of them but I could only get one. Box was beat up, on the shelf a long time I guess. Bought two sets of pads because I couldn’t decide which ones. You get free shipping on the second set or close to it. DOT4 brake fluid and seals.

New thermostat for the Samurai. Didn’t need the whole thermostat, just the rubber seal to fix a coolant leak, but I couldn’t find the correct seal on its own anywhere and had to buy the whole thermostat.

Started ordering parts for my '01 Volvo project as they show up on closeout on RA. The first round came in a little over $45 and included:

5x Bosch FR7DPP+ spark plugs
Beck/Arnley fuel filter (unfortunately, made in China)
2x front sway bar links (one made in Turkey, one made in China)
Napa 27021MP oil filter
Pair of Premium Vision standard wiper blades
2 pair Sylvania 5088LL bulbs

And a "Powertrain Components" charcoal CAF. I felt alright going cheap on most of the tune-up items, but the correct Bosch spark plugs were a must. Much cheaper than what Volvo asks for the same plug, and these engines are particular. I'm keeping an eye out for a good deal on a pair of front loaded struts which should just about get the old girl running and driving.
