If it was my car it would have gotten it. I did all the work for free, including parts…..good quality, but not premium parts. It was work done as part of a Mechanics Ministry I serve in.Good candidate for Valvoline Restore and Protect.

Update, using Torco CVT fluid to push old cvt fluid out before using the Redline CVT Fluid, Mobil 1 M1-103A Mobil filter, Coolant Drain and Fill, and of course Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w20.
I'm not criticizing, but interesting choice of absolutely top shelf CVT fluid juxtaposed with the Supertech coolant. Do you think the Supertech coolant is serviceable? Many swear by OEM pink Toyota coolant as the only acceptable choice. I haven't developed an opinion yet. My coolant is still good for now.Update, using Torco CVT fluid to push old cvt fluid out before using the Redline CVT Fluid, Mobil 1 M1-103A Mobil filter, Coolant Drain and Fill, and of course Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w20.

I haven't had any issue yet with the Walmart coolant. The guy around the pH test before doing the service and said it was still within range but they only charged me $89 to do it and i was already there having other services so i figured I might as well go ahead and have it done. I really enjoyed the red line CVT fluid. The OEM and Amsoil blend came out very nice with no disparaging looks so I was content running one of the more elite CVT fluids with PAO. The Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w20 and half a bottle of Schaeffer Moly EP 132 was a nice touch too. The technician noticed it was the same color as the stuff they use. They mostly do diesel service and have most of the schaeffer lubricants and BG main additives. The guy in front of me accidentally put DEF into the diesel fuel and his bill was $16,000 because apparently for the 2025 pickups they have to replace all the parts to retain the Ford warranty.I'm not criticizing, but interesting choice of absolutely top shelf CVT fluid juxtaposed with the Supertech coolant. I use the Red Line CVT fluid in the Nissan CVT. I like it so far!
Why the change?2015 jeep wrangler 3.6l
Out Valvoline euro 0w40, microguard select xl filter.
In Valvoline ephm 5w30 and a carquest premium.
No real reason other than I use the ephm 5w30 in another vehicle and have a few jugs of it, so decided to just use some of it up in the jeep for this oil change. Why the change?
What filter are you running on it? and why’d you decide not to change it?2014 Buick Verano T, 2.0L turbo
