Post your latest oil change

2015 Mazda3, 2.5L Skyactive, 80,200 miles, 2 years 1,000 mile OCI. This car has been sitting after the owner passed away.
Bought car yesterday for my grand niece to replace her totaled Corolla

Out: Overfilled Quickie Lube Syn 0w20 and filter
In: 4.5 qts QS Ultimate Syn 0w20 and Fram Ultraguard 7317

Notes: Drain plug uses 8mm Allen key; the Fram 7317 fits but is too long; it obstructs drain plug bolt removal. Will use 6607 or maybe Mazda filters going forward. 3387a maybe? Your thoughts? Thx!
Maybe a WIX 57055 as that’s what we use at work.

I have used SuperTech MP6607 oil filters multiple times through the years and never had any issues.

Yesterday afternoon. Friends 2010 Chrysler 200 sedan.

Out: MOPAR 5w20 bulk and MOPAR filter. Vehicle had just shy of 6,001 miles on OCI.

In: CASTROL EDGE 5w20 black jug 5w20 and CHAMP PH 2835 ‘made 2019.

Vehicle doesn’t get many miles since her daughters are grown and she now works half week from home and walks almost everywhere. We go to the park and walk together often. Vehicle has 100, 211 miles on it.
Castrol 🔥

2008 Crown Vic:

Out: ST 15w40, Ceratec, MC filter
In: ST 15w40, MC filter

186,504 miles. Went almost 6,000 mi on this interval which is long for me. Oil was not nearly as dark as I thought it would be actually looked good with the Ceratec coloring. I'm thinking the EPR did a good job cleaning 🍻

2010 Forte 2.0L with 4700 miles on the oil, 182k on the car.

Out - PP 5W-20 with HPL EC30 and XG7317
In - Fram XG9688 and 4.25 qts of Frankenbrew and replaced drain plug with a Votex magnetic one. Using up some open and QT bottles trying to clear up the randoms.

The known oil - 1 qt HPL EC30 (round 3), 1 qt PP Euro L 5W-30.
Unknown in M1 bottles. One was darker than the other so maybe had the 2x 1/4qts of EC30 from original use on 2 cars. The rest of it could be PP or M1 0W-20, 5W-20, Euro L 5W-30.

This is my final run with Mobil-1 EP . Been using it in the 2019 Hyundai for the last three OCIs.
Never an ounce of consumption with this 2.4 GDI.

Out
Mobil-1 EP T/A 10w30 / 0w40 Euro Frankenblend
3K miles run

In
Same.
Even kept the same Purolator Boss oil filter on for another 3k OCI.
Mileage is 36,400 currently.

Used my Pela 400 Oil Extractor this time. It removes all the old, used oil. But this time the plastic hose got stuck in the dipstick tube. I yanked and yanked - maybe a dozen times, but not too hard.
I grabbed my Breakfree Gun Oil spray and shot some down the dipstick tube hole. Shot it twice before the engine finally surrendered the Pela thin, stiff plastic hose.

I was getting a little nervous at this point. I sure didn't want to call a towing service. My Guardian Angel came to my rescue..... for the 1,023rd time.
