Post your latest oil change

Wifes Honda Fit.

Took advantage of the Total oil sale/clearance.

1/2 quart of leftover 0w16 Napa oil from last OCI. The rest is 0w20 Total Quartz and a Champ XL 2867 filter. What came out was Napa 0w16 and a Fram Ultra 7317 filter (under used at 6300miles I usually skip and change it every other).

As long as she doesn't somehow combine the two...🥴
Like everything else, there must be a YouTube video.
I forgot to mention, she’s 5’4” and her truck is a 3500 Duramax with 35 inch tires.
Last oil change in June was 50/50 0W40 t6 and 15W40 T5. New in May 2018, it only has 49k kms on it. Graphite Metallic High Country with matching ARE canopy.

New to me 2012 Audi Q5 2.0T.
122,908 miles on the clock
8,023 miles on the oil

Out: Pennzoil EuroL 5W-30 (per work order from the glovebox & Mann Filter
In: Total Quartz 5W-40 Energy (VW502) & Mann Filter

I plan to keep the change interval short on this one due to the known oil burning issues of the 2.0T. The previous owner was confident she hadn’t been adding any oil, and it’s stayed at the full mark for the few hundred miles I’ve had it.

I’ve got enough of the TQ oil to easily last through the end of this cars life with <$10 oil changes (FCP Euro lifetime warranty for the filter).

Riverside dr AAP has some left, but I left because that place is super sketchy.

My stash has gotten so big, I’m going to need to recruit more friends and family to get through it all. I’ll leave that to some other lucky folks.

Between you and I, I’d say we have the majority of the TQ from Austin.

Your post got me running out to my truck to check the kms and hours. Mine is 3760 hours and 222,050 kms. There’s another 4K kms not showing from using 34 and 35 inch tires instead of the stock 32.5”, for 226,000 total. That’s a 60 kmh average since May, 2012, or 37 mph.
Your truck shows 81,040 kms and 2613 hours for a 31 kmh or 19.2 mph average.
I thought everyone in Ontario drove 130 kmh.

It's my wife's DD, and she drives it around town most of the time, so 31km/h average sounds about right, lol.

2015 Lincoln MKC 2.3 Ecoboost at 91,112 miles. Just got back from our family vacation which was a 1,000 miles round trip. I try to keep this engine at 5,000 mile ocis, so this was almost exactly 5k. A strong smell of gas in the oil, which is common for the ecoboost engine. I used Maxlife FS High Mileage last time and In just one oci it stopped a slow leak. Very impressive. We’ll see if PP HM can do the same.

In - Penzoil Platinum HM FS 5w-30 and an orange can filter
Out - Maxlife HM FS 5w-30 and orange can filter

2017 Ford Explorer XLT 3.5L NA @ 74,500 miles. This oci was 7,000 miles. Nothing notable except it looks like I ran over an alien or something. AC system gave out the day after we got home from our beach trip… green AC oil leaked (that slime green color) from the bottom of the compressor and the wind under the engine carried it all the way back and splattered it all over the bottom of my car. Had fun cleaning that up. Getting it repaired tomorrow under warranty… fingers crossed…

In - 5 quarts of Quaker State FS 5w-20 and 1 quart of QS HM FS 0w-20 and orange can filter
Out - Castrol Syntec 5w-20 and KN filter
