Around 190K, this one's on a 6 month interval, which was 7456 miles according to the maintenance records.

Out: Fram orange can (drive) 10060 and unknown oil. He thinks it was CarQuest Syn 5w20 I gifted him for last Christmas.
In: HPL NO VII 5w20 and Fram Endurance 10060 filter.

Brand new 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing.
2400mi on the engine. Drained the Dexos 5W30 factory fill and dumped in 7qts of PP Euro 0W40. The PF63 was presumably installed by a gorilla. Took way too much time and effort to remove. Spun on a new PF63 and put a magnet tip drain plug in the pan.

Why not use better oil?

79910 ~10k and 14 months on oil change with Mobil 1 0w40 And a M1 extended performance filter.
back In went a little over 6 wts M1 0w40 and a M1 extended performance filter. Happy with this combo for fair,y pedestrian 10 k oil changes. The oil filter looked great.
The truck is used for mostLu rural and small town use in ne Oklahoma. i don’t drive it down to NB much anymore it’s easier to fly with Texas traffic getting bad.
The oil change was as easy as it could for a vehicle with skid plates and a cartridge filter. my filter tool is finally breaking in.. it is easier to get off the filter now.. only took since 2011 to wear it in right.

141,745 Miles on car. 7,424 on oil. 5% left on MM.
Out: 4 qts of HPL Premium 0W-20 and .5 qts Amsoil SS 0W-20. Well, that was what I put in in December. Somewhere between 3 and 4 qts actually came out. Couldn't measure accurately. Also removed Fram Ultra. This is the second time using HPL and when changing, coming up short. My 2018 Legacy that takes ~5.1 qts drained closer to 4 qts. I'll have to check and see if it does the same with the Kirkland in this car and M1 in the Legacy. I have 3 qts of HPL Premium left and I don't know what to use it in. All my cars take more than 3 qts. I also want to get through all the Kirkland I have for this car.
In: 4.5qts of Kirkland API SP D1G2 and a new Fram Ultra. I have 4 more jugs of D1G2 and then 4 of D1G3.
Also put in a bottle of Gumout Regane HM fuel system cleaner and topped of the tank.
Attached are pics of before and after of the fill hole. Looks like some crud was cleaned up. I did not cut open the filter nor did I take anything off to look inside. I know this isn't an accurate picture since the oil doesn't have a lot of contact with what the picture shows.
