@OVERKILL Sorry to tag you, but I guess you limit your Private Messages. I just wanted to inquire, who you ordered HPL from and how bad was the shipping to Canada, I live in BC and really want some too... Kindest Regards.

I ordered it directly through Dave @High Performance Lubricants. The website to place the order through is:
https://www.advlubrication.com/collections/automotive-lubricants/products/super-car-engine-oil

Shipping was expensive, so it's best to order a fair bit if you are going to the trouble. You will also get nailed for duty/handling by Fedex, which is around $40.00.

2020 Mirage 1.2 12881 miles on it, 2902 on OCI

2004 Toyota 4Runner, 211,162 miles.

Out: PYB 10w-30, Toyota YZZD3 oil filters
In: Quaker State HM 5w-30, Fram PH8A

Got the QSHM for $15 a jug which is cheaper than I’ve seen any other oil at the moment. I ran out of Toyota oil filters and used the Fram in a pinch. This oil was in service for 5,280 miles/5 weeks.

2010 Corolla S 1.8L w/ 306000KM

Out PUP 0W-20 w/ Wix XP 57064XP AND Amsoil Engine Flush

In 4.2L of 0W-20 Kirkland blend w/ a Denso 1503024

Ran for 50KM to ensure as much engine flush removed as possible.

Out Kirkland and Denso.

In 4.2L Amsoil SS 5W-30 and an Amsoil EA15K01

Hopefully this might slow down the oil consumption. Time will tell.

Wife’s Durango with 79,997 miles.
Another summer vacation driving trip next week so I changed it early, 4485 mile OCI.

Out: Mobil 1 5w20
In: 5 quarts Mobil 1 0w20, 1 quart Mobil 1 0w40 Euro
Left the Champ XL cartridge in for this change interval.

Provided I did the math correctly using the viscosity calculator it’s about 48.52@40cst/9.37@100cst, roughly a thick 20 weight or very light 30 weight.

My 2018 Nissan Rogue, 51,788 miles on odometer, 2,488 miles on the OCI.

Out: Fram (Amalie) 0W20 and Fram PH6607
In: STP 0W20 and O'Reilly Microgard Select MSL51358

It seems such a waste to dump perfectly good oil so early, but the car is under a Nissan CPO factory extended warranty and I have to follow their 6 month/5,000 mile OCI rule. I also rotated my tires and set tire pressure in each to 35 PSI. Lug nuts torqued to 85 ft-lbs.

2018 Honda CRV, 32.7k miles.

Out: Castrol Edge 0W20 (black bottle) + 1/4qt Castrol Edge 0W40
reused Fram XG7317

In: combined leftovers to make 3.5qts:
1.5qt M1 5W30
1.5qt Valvoline HM 150K 5W20
0.5qt M1 AFE 0W30

Turns out 3.5qts get just above the halfway point on the dipstick. Manual calls for 3.7qt so it all lines up as it should. Will keep it at 3.5qt as it's easier to see on the dipstick and also easier to see if the oil level climbs.
