Post your latest oil change

First oil change I've done myself on this vehicle. The previous 3 were done at the dealer we bought it from. One irritation: one of the screws that holds in the bottom shield was overtightened and stripped. I could not get it out. Ended up having to cut through the rubber moulding that the screw goes through before getting into the shield so I could get it off. If the dealer was closer, I'd make them fix it under warranty, but they're 50 miles away and I had a small window of opportunity to get the oil changed myself. From here on out, I'm changing it myself (it's close enough to the end of the 3 year basic warranty anyway) so I'll just deal with it moving forward.

I sent the oil in to Blackstone for UOA as well as a virgin sample of the M1 EP 0W20. Will report back in a couple of weeks with results.
We have a 2017 CR-V with the 1.5 turbo with just about the same mileage.
Just an FYI, I posted a UOA of the Honda 0-20 synth and it help up well even with 4 per cent fuel dilution.
5,000 mile OCIs seem to be the only way to deal with the fuel dilution.
I used Valvoline Modern Engine this go 'round as it is supposedly formulated for turbo GDI engines.
I will be interested to see your UOA.

Yo, KlubMarcus, I like your "art-nouveau" (or is it film noire'?) oil change.

Three cheers for black & white.
Most people here know how to change motor oil and filter, so I wanted a short more stylish video and save time.

Out: Phillips something shield synthetic, 5900 miles, WIX filter.. In: Super Tech 0w20 and Tough Guard filter (they were out of Extra Guards) 2017 Forester. In another 6k I'll probably go to the dealer or Indy for a change cause it'll be about December, too cold for me to do it.

Didn't plan on doing such a short interval, but valves were tapping excessively on cold starts last two days, which is a pretty common symptom of oil that's too dirty on these engines.
Average MPH this interval was 20mph, and about 90% of those miles were in very heavy Boston traffic. Also was quite a bit of extending idling with the AC on cause it's hot as balls out in August.
