What's the deal with the extremely low interval? Is it a clean up round?

Changed oil in my wife's Chevy Spark.

Also got it up on my quick jacks and did a tire rotation and fluid film touch up.

I just bought the car and misread the Walmart oil sticker after doing all the extraction and filling. The oil came out very dark, and so I didn't know the difference in the switch. I got back into the car and got my ODO reading, and checked the sticker again, only to realize I read it wrong. To make it worse, I put the oil into large jug filled with other spent oils.

Did you notice if the oil filter number on the box ( 26300-35504 ) to be different than the number on the oil filter ( 26300-35505 ) ? Mine was purchased at Walmart . Here are details , https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/threads/notice-anything.340057/ . Thanks
